Dale Crandell

Certified Home Inspector

As an Arizona native, Dale has had the opportunity to live all over the valley. In his early years of employment, Dale served as a local firefighter/paramedic, where he performed fire inspections and provided medical services to the community. In addition, he also held a position in the construction field as a licensed contractor. His 27 years in construction led him to establish BDC Home Inspections in 2003, which he solely ran and operated until 2023. Dale was a building official for local jurisdiction for 18 years, where he performed residential, commercial, fire, and civil inspections, code enforcement & plan reviews. After retiring from the city, Dale had the drive to revamp BDC Home Inspections and rebrand it to BDC Property Inspect. This rebranding has grown the business to a multi-inspector firm offering state-of-the-art inspection reports, the convenience of online scheduling, CBS code access, and much more. Dale frequently volunteers and has dedicated his time to his community, volunteering on the school board and the planning and zoning commission.

Larry Sena
Licensed Home Inspector
AZBTR # 77785
Certified Home Inspector
Licensed Termite Inspector
#230742

As a transplant from California, Larry has lived in Arizona for the past 36 years. His previous 20-plus years’ experience in hospice and home health care not only aided in his excellent customer service but helped in mastering the valley’s streets and demographics. Home inspections have become a real passion for Larry as he is still able to help others by providing them with knowledge and details about their property. Larry gained his inspection experience and skills during his previous employment with a local high-end, fast-paced home inspection firm. Here he frequently inspected luxury homes, older established 1930’s-60’s homes, and commercial properties. This experience really honed his keen eye for details, materials, equipment, and going beyond the standards of practice.
