Sewer Scope Inspections

Sewer Scope Inspections

When purchasing a newer or older property it is easy to forget about a crucial checkup like a sewer scope inspection. Our inspectors perform these by using a flexible borescope camera that allows them to see and records video of your pipes.

The camera will run through the homes main drainpipe and maneuver its way throughout the sewer lines.  Our inspectors look for visible cracks, damages, or clogs and will report any structural damage that come from your sewers. Several common issues found with a sewer scope inspection are bellied sections, root growth, damaged/crushed pipes, leaking joints, misaligned pipes, corrosion, blockages, failing pipes, and old material.

It is recommended to have a sewer scope inspection prior to purchasing your new property, and to have them routinely done as your home gets older.
